Our Fitness schedule is designed to meet as many of your needs as possible
in terms of class styles and timings.
We offer a full range of group classes (6/7 days and public holidays),
covering all styles (cardio, strength training, aqua, etc.) with coaches from
diverse backgrounds who are continuously trained to bring you the latest trending classes.
Our Club is also affiliated with Les Mills,
allowing us to offer these types of classes.
